METHOD FOR REMOVING DOWEL BAR AND METHOD FOR REMOVING TIE BAR
To provide a method for easily removing a dowel bar in partial replacement of a concrete pavement.SOLUTION: Concrete pavement is cut along joints and a concrete floor slab is removed. The concrete floor slab is continuously used, and at this time, a dowel bar half body 31 remains. A vertical hole 14 is formed by drilling from the pavement surface of the concrete floor slab toward an end of the dowel bar half body 31. A screw hole 36 is formed on the cut end face of the dowel bar half body 31, and a steel bar is screwed into the screw hole 36. The dowel bar is pulled out in the axial direction of the steel bar with a hydraulic jack through the steel bar.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】コンクリート舗装の部分打替えにおいて、容易にダウエルバーを撤去する方法を提供する。【解決手段】目地に沿ってコンクリート舗装を切断し、コンクリート床版を撤去する。コンクリート床版は継続使用される。この際、ダウウェルバー半体３１が残る。コンクリート床版舗装面からダウウェルバー半体３１端部に向けて削孔する。縦孔１４が形成される。ダウエルバー半体３１切断端面にネジ孔３６を形成する。ネジ孔３６に鋼棒を螺合する。鋼棒を介して、油圧ジャッキにより鋼棒軸方向に引き抜く。【選択図】図３
