To provide a wind-resistant reinforcement member with improved mounting workability and mounting stability.SOLUTION: The wind-resistant reinforcement member includes: a cross member extending in the opening width direction, whose length can be adjusted (central tubular member 5, end tubular member 6); and end lock fittings 4' provided at both ends in the length direction of the cross member. Each of the end lock fittings 4' includes: an insertion part 7 to be inserted into a guide rail groove part 35; a rotating member 8 rotatably provided to the insertion part 7 between the stowed position and the actuated position; and an operation mechanism 9 for rotating the rotating member 8.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 22
