EXTERIOR WALL MATERIAL TOP VENTILATION ARRANGEMENT
To provide an exterior wall material top ventilation arrangement superior in waterproof performance against rainwater rising along the exterior wall material while ensuring waterproof performance between the exterior wall material top and the ventilation member.SOLUTION: A parting edge 10 is constituted of a parting edge upper plate 11, a parting edge front plate 12, and a parting edge rear plate 13. A ventilation member 20 is constituted of a ventilation member bottom plate 21, a ventilation member front plate 22, and a ventilation member top plate 23. A plurality of ventilation holes 27 are formed in the ventilation member front plate 22, between the ventilation member bottom plate 21 and the ventilation member top plate 23, and a ventilation passage A is formed behind the ventilation member front plate 22. A first waterproof packing 31 is placed between the parting edge upper plate 11 and the ventilation member bottom plate 21, and a second waterproof packing 32 placed between the front face of the parting edge rear plate 13 and the exterior wall materials 99, 84 are provided. The depth dimension L1 of the parting edge upper plate 11 is larger than the thickness L2 of the exterior wall materials 99, 84, and a draining space B is formed between the parting edge front plate 12 and the exterior wall materials 99, 84.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
