FRAME MOLD FORMING UNIT
To provide a frame mold forming unit capable of simplifying work in forming the frame mold at a work site.SOLUTION: A frame mold forming unit 1 comprises a frame mold panel 2, a steel bar for reinforcement 4, a separator 6 and clips 8, 9. The separator 6 comprises a rod-like body part and a folding part 21 provided at its both ends and engaged with the steel bar for reinforcement 4 or a frame body 10 of the frame mold panel 2. The folding part 21 comprises a circulation part circulating around the steel bar for reinforcement 4 or the frame body 10 following the rod-like body part, and an extension part extending from an end of the circulation part in a direction of the rod-like body part. A stopper part is provided between the rod-like body part and the circulation part and between the circulation part and the extension part, and the clips 8, 9 are engaged with the circulation part of the folding part 21.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】現場での型枠形成時の作業を簡略化することができる型枠形成ユニットを提供する。【解決手段】型枠形成ユニット１は型枠パネル２、補強用鉄筋４、セパレータ６及びクリップ８，９を備えている。セパレータ６は棒状本体部と、その両端に設けられて補強用鉄筋４もしくは型枠パネル２の枠体１０に係合される折返し部２１とを備えている。折返し部２１は棒状本体部に続き補強用鉄筋４もしくは枠体１０を周回する周回部と、周回部の端部から延長されて棒状本体部の方向に延びる延長部とを備え、棒状本体部と周回部との間、及び、周回部と延長部との間に抜止め部が設けられ、クリップ８，９は折返し部２１の周回部に対し係合される。【選択図】図１
