To provide means for installing a permanent steel staircase preceding a construction of a frame structure of a building.SOLUTION: In a staircase preceding construction method for constructing the staircase to be installed inside of a building preceding a construction of an upper floor, a column material for staircase is prepared at the staircase installation location and a temporary column material is prepared at a location requiring no column material for staircase, a staircase receiving beam is mounted to the column material for staircase and the temporary column material and erected, and a steel staircase unit is mounted to construct the staircase inside of the building temporarily.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】建物の架構を構築する前に、先行して、本設の鉄骨階段を設置する手段を開発する。【解決手段】建物の内部に設置する階段を上階の施工に先行して施工する階段先行施工方法であって、階段設置箇所に階段用柱材と階段用柱材が不要な箇所には仮設柱材を準備し、階段受梁を階段用柱材及び仮設柱材に取り付けて立設し、鉄骨階段ユニットを取り付けて、建物内部の階段を仮設する。【選択図】図１
