To provide a computer system capable of grasping the soundness of a pedestrian crossing markings in a desired control area at a glance.SOLUTION: A pedestrian crossing photography application software installed on a smartphone causes the smartphone to function as means of photographing pedestrian crossings to create image data of pedestrian crossing markings, latitude/longitude and azimuth automatic recording means for assigning latitude/longitude and azimuth to the image data of the pedestrian crossing markings, and data-recording means for assigning a jurisdiction name and a management number to the image data of the pedestrian crossing markings. A pedestrian crossing soundness visualization application software installed on a computer causes the computer to function as means of calculating a pedestrian crossing markings wear rate and a pedestrian crossing marking soundness ranking means for ranking the soundness of the pedestrian crossing marking on the basis of the wear rate. On a computer screen, the rank of soundness of the pedestrian crossing markings in the jurisdiction area is displayed by color.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
