To easily and surely excavate crushed stones under the sleepers without being a skilled operator.SOLUTION: There are a bogie body 11 and an under-cutter mechanism part 12 that excavates crushed stones under the sleepers of the rail by the under-cutter 12a that is supported on both the left and right sides in the lower part of the bogie body 11, a mounting stand 11d is provided on the bogie body 11, on both the left and right sides of the mounting stand 11d there are cutter support parts 11e, 11f which are provided with first horizontal overhanging members 11e1, 11f1 protruding laterally outward according to the length of the under-cutter 12a, main and sub-hanging members 11e2, 11f2 connected to the first horizontal overhanging members 11fe, 11f1 and sub-hanging members 11e3, 11f3 whose upper ends are interchangeably connected to the main and sub-hanging member 11e2, 11f2 and whose lower ends are fixed to the upper side surface of the under-cutter 12a.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
