To provide a high-elongation non-woven fabric for civil engineering work and a method for manufacturing the non-woven fabric, which can be laid while properly controlling the elongation of the non-woven fabric while grasping the elongation of the non-woven fabric by a simple method.SOLUTION: A high-elongation non-woven fabric 10 manufactured by a needle punch method comprises a mixture of white fibers 11 in which the fiber raw material is not colored and colored fibers 12 in which the same fibers as the white fibers 10 are colored with a pigment of a specific color. The non-woven fabric main body has a mixed color of white fibers 11 and colored fibers 12, and a mottled pattern is formed on an outer surface of the non-woven fabric 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】簡易な手法により不織布の伸び具合を把握できると共に、不織布の伸びを適正に管理しながら敷設できる、高伸度の土木工事用不織布およびその製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】ニードルパンチ方式で製造された高伸度不織布１０であって、繊維原料が着色しない白色繊維１１と、前記白色繊維１０と同一繊維を特定色彩の顔料で着色した着色繊維１２との混合物からなり、不織布本体が白色繊維１１と着色繊維１２の混合色を有し、かつ不織布１０の外表面に斑模様を形成している。【選択図】図１
