To provide a demolition tool and a demolition tool set capable of ensuring safety at demolition work during demolition of a base isolation building.SOLUTION: A demolition tool 2 comprises: an insertion part 21 placed on an upper surface 101C of an outer peripheral foundation 1011 in the state of being inserted into a gap GP between an outer peripheral foundation 1011 and an outer peripheral sill beam 1021; a first foundation opposite part 221 extending from one end of the insertion part 21 to face the side surface of the outer peripheral foundation 1011; and a first beam opposite part 231 extending from the other end of the insertion part 21 to a side opposite to the first foundation opposite part 221 to face the side surface of the outer peripheral sill beam 1021. Horizontal displacement of the outer peripheral sill beam 1021 with respect to the outer peripheral foundation 1011 is regulated in a state in which the first foundation opposite part 221 is in contact with the side surface of the outer peripheral foundation 1011 and the first beam opposite part 231 is in contact with the side surface of the outer peripheral sill beam 1021.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】免震建築物の解体時において、解体工事の安全性を確保することが可能な解体用具及び解体用具セットを提供する。【解決手段】解体用具２は、外周基礎１０１１と外周土台梁１０２１との間隙ＧＰに挿通された状態で外周基礎１０１１の上面１０１Ｃに載置される挿通部２１と、挿通部２１の一端から延びて外周基礎１０１１の側面に対向する第１基礎対向部２２１と、挿通部２１の他端から第１基礎対向部２２１とは反対側に延びて外周土台梁１０２１の側面に対向する第１梁対向部２３１と、を備える。第１基礎対向部２２１が外周基礎１０１１の側面に接するとともに第１梁対向部２３１が外周土台梁１０２１の側面に接する状態において、外周基礎１０１１に対する外周土台梁１０２１の水平方向の変位を規制する。【選択図】図１
