To provide a suspension-type ground consolidating material that reduces the production of CO2 using silica ground containing silica material which is obtained by collecting silica in geothermal water, and that does not cause soil pollution, and also to provide a method of producing the same and a ground injection method excellent in environment protection using the same.SOLUTION: Provided is a suspension-type ground consolidating material containing a silica material which is obtained by collecting silica in geothermal water. The ground consolidating material contains fine particle slag and fine particle cement as main components, in the ground consolidation material, one of the fine particle slag and the fine particle cement or a mixture of both having a brain specific surface area of 4000 cm2/g or more.SELECTED DRAWING: None
