To provide warm-water washing water that is more sanitary.SOLUTION: A warm-water washing toilet seat 10 comprises: a tank 34 for storing washing water; a light source unit 36 provided in the tank 34, irradiating the washing water in the tank 34 with ultraviolet light, and heating the washing water in the tank 34 by using heat generated when irradiated with ultraviolet light; and a washing nozzle 20 having a water discharge port 40 for ejecting the washing water. A toilet seat 14 provided with a heat conductive member on a back side of a seat surface 50 may be further provided. The heat conductive member may be thermally connected to the washing water in the tank 34.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
