To provide a concrete placing device which dispenses with special working on a floor surface, and can simply perform climbing work.SOLUTION: A concrete placing device 1 for placing concrete onto a floor surface of a building 100 having a plurality of stories includes a trestle 2 that is formed into such a shape as to pass an opening formed on the floor surface of the building and is fixed to the floor surface, a mast 10 that is formed into such a diameter as to pass the opening and has a base end fixed to the trestle, a plurality of arms 21 to 24 provided so as to be rotatably continuous in a vertical direction freely bent and developed, a boom 20 turnably provided in a horizontal direction on the upper end of the mast, and a concrete pipe 30 which is arranged along the boom and has a discharge port suspended from a tip of the boom.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
