To suppress entering/exiting work time drawing out even when an elevator is corresponded on which one tray is loaded, with respect to two trays in an entering/exiting chamber.SOLUTION: A mechanical parking device includes: a tray 8 on which a vehicle M is loaded; and an entering/exiting part 1 having an entering/exiting chamber 2 in which two trays 8 are arranged in an overlapped manner with an interval in the vertical direction, an elevator chamber 4 which is adjacent to the entering/exiting chamber 2, and in which an elevator 42 is arranged which moves up/down with one tray 8 loaded, and an elevating base 10 arranged between the tray 8 and the elevator chamber 4 so as to move up/down. During entering/exiting work in the entering/exiting chamber 2, the elevator 42 is allowed to change the stop position corresponding to transport height L1 of the tray 8 positioned above out of the trays 8 arranged in the entering/exiting chamber 2 and transport height L2 of the tray 8 positioned below out of the trays 8 arranged in the entering/exiting chamber 2. When the elevator 42 is positioned at the transport height L2 below, the tray 8 positioned below is allowed to be transported between the entering/exiting chamber 2 and the elevator 42 during entering/exiting work.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】乗降室の２台のトレーに対して１台のトレーが搭載される昇降機を対応させても、入出庫作業時間が長引くことを抑制する。【解決手段】車両Ｍを載置するトレー８と、トレー８が上下方向に間隔を隔てて２台重ねて配置される乗降室２と、乗降室２に隣接し、トレー８が１台搭載されて昇降する昇降機４２が配置される昇降室４と、トレー８と昇降室４との間に昇降可能に配置される昇降台１０と、を有する入出庫部１と、を備え、昇降機４２は、乗降室２における入出庫作業中に、乗降室２に配置されるトレー８のうちの上方に位置するトレー８の搬送高さＬ１と、乗降室２に配置されるトレー８のうちの下方に位置するトレー８の搬送高さＬ２と、に対応して停止位置の変更が許容され、昇降機４２が下方の搬送高さＬ２に位置するとき、下方に位置するトレー８は、入出庫作業中に乗降室２と昇降機４２との間で搬送が許容される。【選択図】図３
