To provide a method which is efficient, with easy workability, easy restoration to the original state, shortened work time, without installing heat shielding/heat insulating sheets directly on surfaces of walls or ceilings using screws or adhesives.SOLUTION: Provided is a method for installing and holding a heat shielding material and/or a heat insulating material with a wire rope by stretching the wire rope on a peripheral part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
