To provide a diffusive daylighting board which exhibits light diffusivity and offers superior fire resistance and mechanical strength, and to provide a highly reliable building equipped with the same.SOLUTION: A diffusive daylighting board 100 of the present invention is configured to output incident light entering from an incidence surface as output light diffused from an exit surface, and comprises: an anisotropic diffusion plate 10 (diffusion plate) comprising a tabular-shaped resin base material 40 and a cured resin layer 50 (resin layer) laminated on one surface of the resin base material 40 and provided with a rugged pattern on a surface on the side of the one surface; a tabular-shaped first reinforcement base material 21 provided on a side of the other surface of the resin base material 40; and a first boundary layer (first adhesive layer 31) provided between the resin base material 40 and the first reinforcement base material 21.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】光拡散性を発揮しつつ、優れた耐火性および強度を備えた拡散性採光板、および、かかる拡散性採光板を備え信頼性に優れた建築物を提示すること。【解決手段】本発明の拡散性採光板100は、入射面から入射された入射光を出射面から拡散された出射光として出射させるものであり、平板状をなす樹脂基材40、および、この樹脂基材40の一方の面側に積層され、一方の面側の表面に凹凸パターンを備える硬化型樹脂層50(樹脂層)を有する異方性拡散板10(拡散板)と、樹脂基材40の他方の面側に配置された、平板状をなす第1補強基材21と、樹脂基材40と第1補強基材21との間に配置された、第1境界層(第1粘着層31)を備えている。【選択図】図1
