WALING CORRECTION JIG AND EARTH RETAINING WALL CONSTRUCTION METHOD
To provide a waling correction jig that can be applied to a hat-shaped steel sheet pile with side edges engaged and eliminates a gap between a waling and a vertical sheet pile, and a method for constructing an earth retaining wall that enables embankment work with good construction accuracy and good water stopping performance in a short construction period while reusing the waling correction jig.SOLUTION: A waling correction jig 1 includes a shaft body 10, a first flat plate 20 attached to one end of the shaft body, a second flat plate 30 attached to the other end, and expansion/contraction means 40. The shaft body is inserted into a hole drilled in a vertical sheet pile 110, and a gap between a pair of horizontal members 120 which are arranged in parallel in the direction intersecting the vertical sheet pile and constitute the waling. The first flat plate is brought into contact with an outer surface of the vertical sheet pile and the second flat plate is brought into contact with the outer surface of the waling. The expansion/contraction means brings the two flat plates nearer to each other, so that the waling comes into contact with the vertical sheet pile. By repeating this process over the entire length of the vertical sheet pile, it is possible to construct an earth retaining wall with good construction accuracy and good water blocking performance in a short construction period.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】側縁部が咬み合わされたハット形鋼矢板に適用することができ、腹起しと縦矢板との隙間をなくす腹起し矯正治具、及び、腹起し矯正治具を再利用しながら、施工精度が良く止水性能が良い築堤工事を短い工期で可能とさせる山留壁構築方法を提供する。【解決手段】腹起し矯正治具1に、軸体10と、軸体の一方の端部に装着される第1平板20と、他方の端部に装着される第2平板30と、伸縮手段40とを備えさせた。縦矢板110に穿孔された孔と、縦矢板に交差する方向に平行に配設され、腹起しをなす一対の水平部材120の間隙に前記軸体を挿し込み、第1平板を縦矢板の外面に、第2平板を腹起しの外面に当接させ、前記伸縮手段により二つの平板の距離を接近させることにより、前記縦矢板に前記腹起しを接しさせる。これを縦矢板の全長に亘って繰り返すことにより、短い工期で、施工精度が良く止水性能が良い山留壁を構築させることができる。【選択図】図1
