To secure a telework room in a house in an environment that is available as an individual space and enables a user to easily concentrate on work without changing layout in the house.SOLUTION: A non-habitable room structure in which dedicated facilities 11, 21 and 31 for adding a dedicated function to non-habitable rooms 10, 20 and 30 that are surrounded by floors 10a, 20a and 30a, a plurality of walls 10b, 20b and 30b, and ceilings 10c, 20c and 30c and used as individual spaces are fixed to floors 10a, 20a and 30a or walls 10b, 20b and 30b, in which the non-habitable rooms 10, 20 and 30 have a facility for telework that is used together with the dedicated facilities 11, 21 and 31 and makes the non-habitable rooms 10, 20 and 30 available as a temporal telework room, at least one of the dedicated facilities 11, 21 and 31 and the facility for telework is configured to be available as a seat part, and the other is configured to be available as a desk.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
