To provide a tight frame which is light in weight, easy to handle, and high in strength of a fitting head part.SOLUTION: In a tight frame A, provided with a fitting head part 6 having a locking part 7 for fitting and locking a fitting part 11 provided on the inner surface of a folded plate roofing material 10 at the top part 3 of a mountain part 2 of a main body frame 1, the top part 3 of the mountain part 2 of the main body frame 1 is formed in a shape having a reinforcing piece part 4 in which side edge parts on both front and rear sides are downwardly bent; the fitting head part 6 is attached and fixed to the top part 3 of the mountain part 2 of the main body frame 1 by hanging mounting piece parts 8 on the lower part of both front and rear sides of the fitting head part 6 and bending the front and rear mounting piece parts 8 so as to embrace the front and rear reinforcing piece parts 4 to be embraced and locked by the reinforcing piece parts 4.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】軽量で取り扱い容易となると共に、嵌合頭部の高強度化も可能なタイトフレームを提供すること。【解決手段】本体フレーム１の山部２の頂部３に、折板屋根材10の内面に設けられている嵌合部11が嵌合係止する係止部７を備えた嵌合頭部６が付設されているタイトフレームＡにおいて、前記本体フレーム１の山部２の頂部３は、前後両側の側縁部が下方に向かって垂下折曲された補強片部４を有する形状に形成され、前記嵌合頭部６は、前後両側の下部に取付用片部８が垂設されていると共に、この前後の取付用片部８が前記前後の補強片部４を抱き込むように折曲されて補強片部４に抱き込み係止されていることにより、前記嵌合頭部６が前記本体フレーム１の山部２の頂部３に付設固定されているタイトフレーム。【選択図】図３
