To provide a highland training capsule having high durability and not providing sense of pressure.SOLUTION: A highland training capsule includes a housing 2 configured to have a rectangular parallelepiped having transparent plates 20 arranged on six surfaces thereof, and a decompression mechanism that decompresses the inside of the housing 2 to equal to or less than the atmospheric pressure. The housing 2 includes a plurality of reinforcement poles 21 formed in four sides of each of the surfaces. Each of the reinforcement poles 21 is formed to have a triangular cross section. The reinforcement poles 21 adjacent to each other are in surface contact with each other on an inclined surface 21a being a hypotenuse of the triangular cross section.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
