VENTILATION UNIT AND VENTILATION SYSTEM
To provide a ventilation unit and a ventilation system that enables an inner frame to be smoothly attached and suppress damage to an inner surface of an outer frame.SOLUTION: Ventilation structure 2 is configured to suck and ventilate air in a room 3 by connecting an opening part 8 formed in a wall material 7 provided on a wall surface in the room and a ventilation duct 12. The ventilation structure 2 is provided between the opening part 8 of the wall material 7 and a ventilation duct side opening part 15A drawn and placed in the vicinity of the opening part 8, and the ventilation structure comprises: an outer frame 20 that communicates both opening parts 8 and 15A; an inner frame 30 to which a dust filter 33 is replaceably attached, which is attached to the outer frame 20 so that the outer frame can be freely taken in and out from a front side; and a lock mechanism 40 that locks the inner frame 30 with respect to the outer frame 20. The lock mechanism 40 comprises: a lock member 43 provided on the outer frame 20, in which a protruding piece 43A having an outer surface formed into a curved surface is elastically urged to freely appear and disappear; and a hole 45 that is provided in the inner frame 30 for receiving the protruding piece 43A of the lock member 43.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】内枠の装着をスムーズに行うことができ、外枠内面の傷つきを抑える。【解決手段】換気構造2は、室3内の壁面に設けられる壁材7に形成された開口部8と換気ダクト12とを接続し、室内のエアを吸引して換気するようになっている。換気構造2は、前記壁材7の開口部8とこの開口部8近傍に引き込まれて配置された換気ダクト側開口部15Aとの間に設けられ、これら両開口部8、15Aを連通する外枠20と、この外枠20に表側から出し入れ自在に装着され防塵フィルタ33が交換可能に取り付けられた内枠30と、内枠30を外枠20に対してロックするロック機構40とを備えている。ロック機構40は、外枠20に設けられ、その内側に外面が曲面に形成された突出片43Aを出没自在に弾発付勢したロック部材43と、内枠30に設けられロック部材43の突出片43Aを受け入れる孔45とを備えて構成した。【選択図】図4
