CEILING SURFACE GRINDING UNIT
To provide a ceiling surface grinding unit capable of efficiently grinding a ceiling surface of a concrete structure using a dry-type grinder.SOLUTION: A ceiling surface grinding unit includes a base frame section 11 having a mobile rail 18 provided on a top surface thereof, a lifting jack 15 provided on four sides of the base frame section 11, a distance sensor 16 disposed on four sides of the base frame section 11 for measuring a distance from a ceiling surface 50, and a contact sensor 17 for detecting a contact with the ceiling surface 50. Lifting/lowering by the lifting jack 15 is controlled so that the distance from the ceiling surface 50 measured by a plurality of the distance sensors 16 would be the same for arranging the mobile rail 18 to be parallel with the ceiling surface 50, and then the ceiling surface grinding unit is lifted until the contact sensor 17 comes in contact with the ceiling surface 50 while maintaining the parallel state, so as to set a dry-type grinder 30 to be ready for grinding the ceiling surface 50.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】コンクリート構造物の天井面を、乾式研掃装置によって効率良く研掃できるようにする天井面研掃ユニットを提供する。【解決手段】移動レール部１８が上面部に設けられたベースフレーム部１１と、ベースフレーム部１１の四方に設置された昇降ジャッキ１５と、ベースフレーム部１１の四方に配設されて、天井面５０との距離を計測する距離サンサー１６と、天井面５０と接触したことを検知する接触センサー１７とを含んで構成される。複数の距離サンサー１６で計測された天井面５０との距離が同様となるように、昇降ジャッキ１５による昇降を制御して、移動レール部１８を天井面５０と平行に配置した後に、この状態を保持したまま、接触センサー１７が天井面５０に接触するまで上昇させて、乾式研掃機３０によって天井面５０を研掃できる状態にセットする。【選択図】図１
