ASBESTOS REMOVING AND RECOVERING APPARATUS
To improve working efficiency by suppressing a load to a motor and enhancing removal capacity with large torque, enable long-time continuous use, and suppress scattering of asbestos using water to an apparatus.SOLUTION: An asbestos removing and recovering apparatus for removing and recovering an asbestos-containing wall 10 includes: a housing 2; a rotation cutter 3 which has a rotary shaft 31 supported on the housing 2 and cuts the asbestos-containing wall 10; a hydraulic driving flow channel 4 which applies a rotation force to the rotation cutter 3; a cover 5 which has an opening and covers the rotation cutter 3 and a cut part; a water jet flow channel 6 which communicates with a space in the cover 5; and a suction pipeline 7 which communicates with the space in the cover 5, and sets the inside of the cover 5 in a negative pressure state in a state in which an opening 51a of the cover 5 is brought into close contact with the asbestos-containing wall 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
