To improve working efficiency by suppressing a load to a motor and enhancing removal capacity with large torque, enable long-time continuous use, and suppress scattering of asbestos using water to an apparatus.SOLUTION: An asbestos removing and recovering apparatus for removing and recovering an asbestos-containing wall 10 includes: a housing 2; a rotation cutter 3 which has a rotary shaft 31 supported on the housing 2 and cuts the asbestos-containing wall 10; a hydraulic driving flow channel 4 which applies a rotation force to the rotation cutter 3; a cover 5 which has an opening and covers the rotation cutter 3 and a cut part; a water jet flow channel 6 which communicates with a space in the cover 5; and a suction pipeline 7 which communicates with the space in the cover 5, and sets the inside of the cover 5 in a negative pressure state in a state in which an opening 51a of the cover 5 is brought into close contact with the asbestos-containing wall 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】モータへの負荷を抑えて大きなトルクで除去能力を高めることで作業効率を向上させることができるうえ、長時間の連続使用が可能となり、さらに装置に対して水を使用して、アスベストの飛散を抑えることができる。【解決手段】アスベスト含有壁１０を除去して回収するアスベスト除去回収装置であって、 筐体２と、筐体２に回転軸３１が支持され、アスベスト含有壁１０を切削する回転カッタ３と、回転カッタ３に回転力を付与する油圧駆動流路４と、開口を有し回転カッタ３及び切削箇所を覆うカバー５と、カバー５内の空間に連通する水噴射流路６と、カバー５内の空間に連通し、カバー５の開口部５１ａをアスベスト含有壁１０に密接させた状態でカバー５内を負圧とする吸引管路７と、を備えたアスベスト除去回収装置を提供する。【選択図】図２
