MIXING NOZZLE DEVICE FOR SPRAY CONSTRUCTION METHOD AND SPRAY CONSTRUCTION METHOD USING THE SAME
To improve mixability between a spray material containing powder with blended water and secure uniformity of the spray material to improve stability of quality and reduce splashing of the spray material and powder dust during construction.SOLUTION: A mixing nozzle device 1 is used in a spray construction method in which a solid material and a liquid material are pumped to a spray position through individual pipe lines to be joined and sprayed. A part of an inner wall of the pipe line has arc shaped walls 2 formed by arcs, which are sequentially disposed in a circumferential direction and recessed inward, and having tip parts 7, which are located closest to a center line 5, and bottom board parts 6, which are located farthest from the center line 5, on a cross section perpendicular to the center line 5 of the pipe line. In a part of the inner wall, the arc shaped walls 2 continue in a spiral form from an upstream side to a downstream side to form spiral lines. In three blocks 3a, 3b, 3c of the pipe line which are sequentially arranged from the upstream side to the downstream side, directions of spirals of the spiral lines are reversed in each block.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】粉体を含む吹付材料と配合水との混練り性を高め、吹付材料の均一性を確保することにより品質の安定性を高め、施工時の吹付材料の撥ね返りや粉塵の低減を図る。【解決手段】固体材料と液体材料とを個別の管路で吹付箇所まで圧送し、合流させて吹き付ける吹付工法で使用するための混合ノズル装置1であって、管路の内壁の一部が、管路の中心線5に垂直な断面にて、周方向に連続配置された複数の内方に凹の弧から形成されかつ中心線5に最も近い複数の先端部7と中心線5から最も離れた複数の底盤部6とを有する複数の弧状の襞2を有し、内壁の一部には、複数の弧状の襞2が上流側から下流側に螺旋状に連続することによって複数の螺旋状の条が形成されており、管路が、上流側から下流側に順次配置された3つのブロック3a,3b,3cにおいて複数の螺旋状の条の螺旋の向きが、各ブロックごとに逆転している。【選択図】図1
