OPENING/CLOSING BODY DEVICE AND OPENING/CLOSING BODY CONTROL METHOD
To allow an opening/closing body to operate in an easy way both during normal time when commercial power is supplied and when no commercial power supply is available due to power failure, etc., without significantly increasing facility costs and maintenance work.SOLUTION: An opening/closing body device includes: opening/closing means provided at the periphery of an opening; an opening/closing mechanism driven by DC power to operate the opening/closing means; control means for driving the opening/closing mechanism to electrically control the operation of the opening/closing means; a power supply unit that converts the power from a commercial power source to DC power and supplies the resulting power to the control means; and a battery with a voltage lower than the voltage of the DC power converted from the power of the commercial power supply. The power supply unit has power switching means for supplying the output of the battery to the control means when no commercial power supply is available. The control means has voltage detection means for detecting the voltage of the DC power output to the opening/closing mechanism and processing means for changing the control of the operation of the opening/closing means according to the detection results of the voltage detection means. The power supply unit no longer needs a voltage booster circuit or the like.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】設備費用やメンテナンス作業を大幅に増大させることなく、商用電源が供給されている通常時も、停電などで商用電源の供給が無い時でも、開閉体の動作を容易に行う。【解決手段】開閉体装置は、開口部の周縁部に設けられた開閉手段と、直流電力で駆動されて開閉手段を動作させる開閉機と、開閉機を駆動して、開閉手段の動作を電動で制御する制御手段と、商用電源の電力を直流電力に変換して制御手段へ供給する電源供給装置と、商用電源の電力を直流に変換した直流電力の電圧より低い電圧のバッテリとを備える。電源供給装置は、商用電源の供給が無いときに、バッテリの出力を制御手段へ供給する電源切替手段を有する。制御手段は、開閉機へ出力する直流電力の電圧を検出する電圧検出手段と、電圧検出手段の検出結果に応じて、開閉手段の動作の制御を変更する処理手段とを有する。電源供給装置には、昇圧回路等の必要がなくなる。【選択図】 図５
