To provide a piping member which can be simplified in terms of structure and processing, and is excellent in a practical aspect, a freeze damage prevention tool and a freeze damage prevention method.SOLUTION: A piping member comprises: a main pipe in which liquid circulates, and a hole part is formed at a side face along a circulation direction of the liquid; a bag body arranged at least partially in the main pipe, extending along the circulation direction of the liquid in the main pipe, and having an opening part; and an attachment which is attached so as to seal a clearance between the hole part and the opening part. The inside of the bag body is filled with air during the circulation of the liquid, and the air in the bag body is exhausted by external pressure which is generated by the freezing of the liquid at the freezing of the liquid.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
