To provide framework members for a simple tent allowing installation and removal to be easily carried out, and the simple tent.SOLUTION: Framework members for a simple tent comprise: a connector having a plurality of through holes; and a plurality of poles inserted in the plurality of through holes, wherein the plurality of through holes have first openings and second openings, and can be switched between a usage state where the number of portions exposed from the first openings is greater than the number of portions exposed from the second openings in the plurality of poles, and an accommodation state where the number of portions exposed from the second openings is greater than the number of portions exposed from the first openings in the plurality of poles, by moving the poles inserted in the through holes with respect to the connector. In the usage state, the connector is held at a specific height with the plurality of poles as end parts exposed from the first openings in the plurality of poles contact an installation surface at outer side than peripherals of the connector.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
