SETUP METHOD OF WORK SUPPORT SYSTEM, SETUP PROGRAM OF WORK SUPPORT SYSTEM, AND SETUP METHOD OF INFORMATION COLLECTION SYSTEM
To enable a user to easily retrofit sensors and correct mounting positions.SOLUTION: In a setup method of a work support system that supports the work of operators via a machine guidance function, the work support system places a detection device in a movable part of a work machine, and notifies operators of information for supporting operation of the operators of the work machine based on the detection results of a sensor provided in the detection device. The setup method includes imaging result acquisition step SP2 for acquiring imaging results of the movable part, ideal mounting position display step SP3 for displaying the ideal mounting position of the detection device on the imaging results, determination step SP7 of subjecting the imaging result to image processing to detect and determine the mounting error of the detection device with respect to the ideal mounting positions and notification steps SP8 and SP10 for providing notification of the determined results.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】 センサの後付け、取り付け位置の修正をユーザ側にて簡易に実行することができるようにする。【解決手段】 マシンガイダンスの機能によりオペレータの作業を支援する作業支援システムのセットアップ方法において、作業支援システムは、作業機械の可動部に検出装置を配置し、検出装置に設けられたセンサによる検出結果に基づいて作業機械のオペレータの操作を支援する情報をオペレータに通知する。セットアップ方法は、可動部の撮像結果を取得する撮像結果取得ステップＳＰ２と、検出装置の理想取り付け位置を撮像結果上で表示する理想取り付け位置表示ステップＳＰ３と、撮像結果を画像処理して、理想取り付け位置に対する検出装置の取り付け誤差を検出して判定する判定ステップＳＰ７と、判定結果を通知する通知ステップＳＰ８、ＳＰ１０とを備える。【選択図】図３
