To provide a construction information output device and a program capable of outputting more appropriate advice and proposal in accordance with a construction content for a multiple dwelling house and a change in a situation with time.SOLUTION: A construction information output device 1 for providing information related to construction as construction information in response to a request related to maintenance of an apartment house by a resident includes: outline information acquisition unit 11 for acquiring an outline of maintenance as outline information from the resident; a request information acquisition unit 12 for acquiring a request related to maintenance from a resident and a temporal change in a state of a maintenance target facility as request information; a public information generation unit 15 for generating public information to be disclosed to the outside based on the acquired summary information and the request information; and a collection unit 18 for collecting construction information based on the generated public information, and a construction information output unit 20 for outputting the collected construction information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
