To provide a multilayer surface covering composed of a polyvinyl chloride (PVC) plasticizer composition capable of achieving a desired gelation rate without addition of a high-speed gelling agent.SOLUTION: There is provided a multilayer surface covering comprising: at least one layer derived from a filler-containing PVC plastisol; and at least one layer derived from a filler-free PVC plastisol, in which both plasticizer compositions each contain bis(2-ethylhexyl)cyclohexane-1,4-dicarboxylate. Such surface covering may be used as a floor covering or as an artificial leather.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】高速ゲル化剤を添加しなくても、所望のゲル化速度を達成することができるポリ塩化ビニル（ＰＶＣ）可塑材組成物からなる多層表面被覆を提供する。【解決手段】充填剤含有ＰＶＣプラスチゾル由来の少なくとも１つの層及び充填剤非含有ＰＶＣプラスチゾル由来の少なくとも１つの層を含み、両方の可塑剤組成物は各々ビス（２－エチルヘキシル）シクロヘキサン－１，４－ジカルボキシレートを含む、多層表面被覆を提供する。当該表面被覆は、床被覆又は人工皮革として用いることができる。【選択図】図１
