To provide a diagnosis support system of a work machine, a failure diagnosis system of a work machine, a diagnosis support method of a work machine, and a failure diagnosis method of a work machine capable of readily and accurately identifying a failure using a limited number of components.SOLUTION: A controller 10 identifies a diagnostic point of a motor grader 100, which should be subjected to failure diagnosis, on the basis of candidate information on an abnormality candidate in the motor grader 100, identifies a first sensor connection position of a diagnosis sensor which diagnoses the diagnostic point, and controls a display device 33 so that the display device displays position information on the first sensor connection position.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
