SLAB CONSTRUCTION METHOD
To provide a technology to rationally and easily arrange axial reinforcing bars in the space of a beam structure made by casting concrete in a slab construction method that incorporates beam structure into the slab, in which axial reinforcing bars fixed to the core are arranged over the core and the perimeter of the building, in constructing slabs of each floor around the core of the building using the half precast concrete construction method.SOLUTION: In a slab construction method, the following processes are executed in order: a precast concrete slab arrangement process of arranging precast concrete slabs 11 on both sides of beam structure space 20A; a bar arrangement process in which distributing reinforcing bars 12 are arranged over the precast concrete slabs 11 adjacent to each other and reinforcing bars are arranged below the upper surface of the precast concrete slabs 11 in the beam structure space 20A in a state where axial reinforcing bars 21 are supported by the distributing reinforcing bars 12; and a concrete casting process to cast concrete on the precast concrete slabs 11 and the beam structure space 20A.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】建物のコアの周囲に各階のスラブをハーフプレキャストコンクリート工法で構築するにあたり、コアに定着される軸鉄筋が配筋されてコアと建物の外周部とに亘る梁構造部をスラブに内蔵させるスラブ構築方法において、コンクリート打設により梁構造部となる梁構造部空間に、合理的且つ簡単に軸鉄筋を配筋する技術を提供する。【解決手段】梁構造部空間２０Ａを挟んで両側にプレキャストコンクリート版１１を配置するプレキャストコンクリート版配置工程と、互いに隣接するプレキャストコンクリート版１１上に亘って配力筋１２を配筋すると共に、軸鉄筋２１を配力筋１２により支持させた状態で梁構造部空間２０Ａにおけるプレキャストコンクリート版１１の上面よりも下方に配筋する配筋工程と、プレキャストコンクリート版１１上と梁構造部空間２０Ａとにコンクリートを打設するコンクリート打設工程と、を順に実行する。【選択図】図５
