    To provide a liquid chemical for soil stabilization which reduces the influence of the fluctuation of the amount of citric acid (organic carboxylic acid and/or its salt) on gel time and has a small bleeding amount, a method for producing the chemical liquid, and a ground stabilization method.SOLUTION: A liquid chemical for soil stabilization of the invention comprises a main material liquid containing lime, organic carboxylic acid and/or its salt, hydraulic cement and water, and a hardening material liquid containing amorphous aluminum hydroxide, alkali metal carbonate and water.
