To provide an attaching structure of a decorative material which comprises pulling-out prevention means of the decorative material, and can be constructed by using a pan-head machine screw.SOLUTION: In an attaching structure 10 for attaching a decorative material 30 to an outer wall of a building by using an attaching metal fitting 20, the attaching metal fitting includes: a main body plate comprising a first receiving portion 22 having an upward opening portion and a machine screw hole for inserting a fixing tool; a connection portion extending forward from both of left and right end portions of the main body plate; and an end plate extending from a front end portion of the connection portion in substantially parallel to the main body plate in a width direction. The end plate comprises a pressing portion forward pressing the decorative material. The decorative material includes a first hung portion 32 inserted into the first receiving portion from the above, and is pressed forward by the pressing portion in a state where the first hung portion is inserted into the first receiving portion.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
