INSTALLATION GUIDE MEMBER FOR IMMERSED TUNNEL AND METHOD FOR CONSTRUCTING IMMERSED TUNNEL
To provide an installation guide member for an immersed tunnel and a method for constructing an immersed tunnel, capable of setting an immersed box with high accuracy with a simple configuration and applicable to a tunnel of complicated shape.SOLUTION: A method for constructing an immersed tunnel 4 using an installation guide member 1, which is formed by layering a hydraulic mixture by an additional manufacturing device equipped with a mechanism for continuously discharging a flexible hydraulic mixture from a movable discharge part, the installation guide member 1 comprising a bottom plate 11 having a recessed surface 13 and a pair of guide walls 12, 12 is formed using additive manufacturing equipment. A plurality of immersed boxes 41 constituting the immersed tunnel 4 are immersed along the pair of guide walls 12, 12. The immersed boxes 41 are sequentially immersed at predetermined immersed positions on the immersed surface 13. After connecting and joining the adjacent immersed boxes 41, 41, the immersed tunnel 4 is formed by draining the water in the immersed box 41.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】簡易な構成により沈埋函を高精度に沈設可能であり、複雑な形状のトンネルにも適用することが可能な沈埋トンネルの設置ガイド部材および沈埋トンネルの施工方法を提供する。【解決手段】移動可能な吐出部から連続的に柔性な水硬性混合物を吐出する機構を備えた付加製造装置によって水硬性混合物を積層させることにより形成される、設置ガイド部材1を用いた沈埋トンネル4の施工方法であって、付加製造装置を使用して、沈設面13を有する底版11と、一対のガイド壁12,12と、を備えている、設置ガイド部材1を形成し、沈埋トンネル4を構成する複数の沈埋函41を一対のガイド壁12,12に沿って沈降させ、沈埋函41を沈設面13上の所定の沈設位置に順次沈設し、隣接する沈埋函41,41同士を連結・接合した後に、沈埋函41内の水を排水して、沈埋トンネル4を形成する。【選択図】図5
