To provide a partly tenant-occupied house which enables easy installation of an indoor staircase when a second story is rebuilt into a living space according to change of a life stage.SOLUTION: A partly tenant-occupied house has a first living space and a second living space provided on an upper side of the first living space, and a non-living space positioned between the first living space and the second living space, wherein the non-living space is provided with beams arranged at positions surrounding four corners of a floor of the second living space, and a reinforcement beam which is arranged along the side not arranged with the beams in a rebuilding area destructed in rebuilding in the floor of the second living space.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】ライフステージの変化に応じて２階をオーナーの居住スペースに改築する際、より容易に屋内階段を設置できる賃貸併用住宅を提供することができる。【解決手段】 第１の居室空間および前記第１の居室空間の上側に設けられている第２の居室空間と、前記第１の居室空間および前記第２の居室空間の間に位置する非居室空間と、を有し、前記非居室空間には、前記第２の居室空間の床の四隅を囲む位置に配置される梁と、前記第２の居室空間の床であって、改築時に取り壊される改築エリアにおける前記梁が配置されていない辺に沿って配置される補強梁と、が設けられている。【選択図】図１
