The cantilever beam fixing plate portion 12a of the angle member 12 has a loose at least in a direction parallel to a longitudinal direction of the cantilever beam 3 and is provided with a temporary fixing screw insertion loose hole 12a2 through which a temporary fixing screw 14 is inserted.
