PIPING WASHING DEVICE AND PIPING WASHING METHOD
To provide a piping washing device and a piping washing method, that eliminates need for an exhaust gas treatment device and an ozone concentration control device and enables spraying of ozonized water or accelerated oxidation water with a constant and stable dissolved ozone concentration from a washing nozzle during piping washing work.SOLUTION: A piping washing device comprises: a water electrolysis part that generates ozonized water or acceleration oxidation water in which ozone and hydrogen peroxide coexist; a gas-liquid mixing part that dissolves an ozone gas in raw material water to flow out the ozonized water or the accelerated oxidation water with an increased dissolved ozone concentration; a tank that stores the accelerated oxidation water that flows out from the gas-liquid mixing part; a pump that sucks in the ozonated water or the accelerated oxidation water stored in the tank and discharges the ozonized water or the accelerated oxidation water at a predetermined pressure; a hose that communicates with the pump and has a diameter smaller than an inner diameter of piping; and a washing nozzle that is provided at a tip of the hose, has an open injection hole that injects the ozonized water or the accelerated oxidation water toward an inner wall of the piping, and has a diameter that is smaller than an inner diameter of the piping, wherein the inside of the piping is washed by injecting the ozonized water or the accelerated oxidation water from the injection hole of the washing nozzle toward the inner wall of the piping.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1A
【課題】排ガス処理装置及びオゾン濃度制御装置を不要とし、配管洗浄作業中に洗浄用ノズルから、ばらつきのない一定の安定した溶存オゾン濃度のオゾン水又は促進酸化水を噴射できるようにする。【解決手段】オゾン水又はオゾンと過酸化水素が共存する促進酸化水を生成する水電解部と、オゾンガスを原料水中に溶解させて溶存オゾン濃度が高められたオゾン水又は促進酸化水を流出する気液混合部と、気液混合部から流出される促進酸化水を貯留するタンクと、タンク内に貯留されたオゾン水又は促進酸化水を吸い込み所定の圧力で吐出するポンプと、ポンプに連通し、配管内径よりも小さい径を有するホースと、ホースの先端に設けられ、配管内壁に向けてオゾン水又は促進酸化水を噴射する噴射孔が開口され、配管内径よりも小さい径を有する洗浄用ノズルと、を備え、洗浄用ノズルの噴射孔から配管内壁に向けてオゾン水又は促進酸化水を噴射させて、配管内を洗浄する。【選択図】図1A
