The control means 2 comprises measurement control means 4 for controlling measurements by measurement means necessary for calculating the hydraulic conductivity of the embankment S, recording means 5 for recording measurement results, and test completion prediction means 7 for predicting the test remaining time A until completion of the test necessary for calculating the saturated hydraulic conductivity of the embankment S every time a predetermined time elapses from the start of the test.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
