To provide a well drilling method, a construction method and a well construction pile.SOLUTION: A well drilling method includes: a through-hole formation step of forming a well construction pile 1 by forming a through-hole 2 in a body part 10 of a tubular pile having the tubular body part 10 whose tip is closed; a sealing step of sealing the through-hole 2 with a plug member 3; and a driving step of driving the well construction pile 1 into the ground from the tip side.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
