To provide a method for producing a cement molded body that can suppress the occurrence of thermal cracks in the cement molded body after heat curing.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a cement molded body of the invention comprises a kneading process for kneading a cement composition and water to obtain a kneaded material, and a heat curing process for placing the cement molded body obtained by molding the kneaded material in a curing environment for heat curing, wherein in the kneading process, 0.6 mass% or more and 3.0 mass% or less of calcium nitrite relative to the mass of cement constituting the cement composition is kneaded with the cement composition and the water.SELECTED DRAWING: None
