To propose an earth-retaining structure capable of suppressing deformation due to excavation of the ground on slopes where closed ring beams cannot be formed, and a construction method of this earth-retaining structure.SOLUTION: An earth-retaining structure 1 formed by excavating the ground including an inclined plane includes a curved part 4 having an arc shape in a plan view, a U-shaped beam 2 having a U-shape in a plan view and including a pair of straight parts 5, 5 extending from both ends of the curved part 4 and an earth-retaining wall 3 connected to the lower side of the U-shaped beam 2, the U-shaped beam 2 is fixed to the ground by a sewn member 6 driven into the ground and the earth-retaining wall 3 is formed along the ground surface exposed by excavating the area surrounded by the U-shaped beam 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】閉合したリングビームを形成することができない傾斜地において、地盤の掘削に伴う変形を抑制することが可能な土留構造物およびこの土留構造物の構築方法を提案する。【解決手段】傾斜面を含む地盤を掘削して形成された土留構造物1であって、平面視弧状の曲線部4と、曲線部4の両端からそれぞれ延設された一対の直線部5,5とを備える平面視U字状のU字ビーム2と、U字ビーム2の下側に接続された土留壁3とを備えており、U字ビーム2は地盤に打設された縫い付け部材6により地盤に固定されており、土留壁3はU字ビーム2により囲まれた領域を掘削することにより露出した地山面に沿って形成されている。【選択図】図1
