To easily and highly accurately analyze unknown water and to easily specify a location of the unknown water.SOLUTION: There is provided an unknown water analysis method for analyzing unknown water flowing into a sewage pipe from outside, the method including: an electric energy acquisition step of acquiring electric energy data (143) of a pump facility (10) for pumping out sewage flowing through a sewage pipe, from a digital electric energy meter (20) by an electric energy acquisition unit (11); a rainfall acquisition step of acquiring rainfall data (142) representing rainfall at a location of the pump facility (10), by the electric energy acquisition unit (11); and an unknown water analysis step of analyzing unknown water by an unknown water analysis unit (18) according to a correlation between a change in electric energy based on the electric energy data (143) and a change in rainfall amount based on the rainfall data (142).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 11
