TEMPORARY WATERPROOFING STRUCTURE OF UNIT BUILDING
To make it possible to easily perform temporary waterproofing of a building unit mainly by a temporary waterproofing member preliminarily attached to the building unit at a factory.SOLUTION: A temporary waterproofing structure of a unit building includes a building unit 1 having a waterproof zone 8 in the central part of an upper surface 2, and an elongated non-waterproof zone 9 along the waterproof zone 8 outside the waterproof zone 8, and a temporary waterproofing member 31 installed in the non-waterproof zone 9. The temporary waterproofing member 31 is elongated along the non-waterproof zone 9. The temporary waterproofing member 31 is detachably attached to a boundary portion 34 between the waterproof zone 8 and the non-waterproof zone 9 by means of a mounting portion 35 at the periphery of one side portion 33 along a longitudinal direction 32. An other side portion 36 along the longitudinal direction 32 of the temporary waterproofing 31 is deformed from a state temporarily fixed to the upper portion of the building unit 1 by a temporary fixing portion 37 to a state covering the non-waterproof zone 9.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】主に、建物ユニットに工場で予め取付けられた仮雨仕舞部材によって建物ユニットの仮雨仕舞を、手間をかけずに容易に行い得るようにする。【解決手段】ユニット建物の仮雨仕舞構造は、上面２の中央部に防水ゾーン８を有し、防水ゾーン８の外側が防水ゾーン８に沿った細長い非防水ゾーン９とされた建物ユニット１と非防水ゾーン９に設置される仮雨仕舞部材３１とを備えている。仮雨仕舞部材３１は、非防水ゾーン９に沿って細長く延びるものとされる。仮雨仕舞部材３１は、長手方向３２に沿った一側部３３の周辺が、防水ゾーン８の非防水ゾーン９との境界部分３４に、取付部３５によって着脱できるように取付けられる。仮雨仕舞部材３１は、長手方向３２に沿った他側部３６が、建物ユニット１の上部に仮止部３７によって仮止めされた状態から非防水ゾーン９の上を覆う状態へと変形されるものとなっている。【選択図】図３
