To simply construct a device for limiting rotation of an arm with respect to a car body and to reduce the number of components of the device.SOLUTION: A jack positioning device 50 comprises: a link 53; an arm side bracket 61 provided in an arm 30; and a fixing member 71. The link 53 is rotatably fitted to a car body 10. When the arm 30 is in a first state, the fixing member 71 is fitted to the link 53 and the arm side bracket 61 so as to limit rotation of the arm 30 with respect to the car body 10. When the arm 30 is in a second state, the link 53 is configured to be able to come into contact with a side plate (arm side plate 31) of the arm 30 so as to limit rotation of the arm 30 with respect to the car body 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
