To obtain a mounting apparatus that can improve strength (especially tensile strength) without complicating mold making or increasing size of processing facilities.SOLUTION: A mounting apparatus 10 attaches a mounted member S to a support member. The support member H includes a head portion Hh and a neck portion Hn. The mounting apparatus 10 includes a first member 10a and a second member 10b. The first member 10a includes a body component P1 and an auxiliary component P2. The body component includes a first base portion and a support portion 11 connected to the first base portion. The auxiliary component includes a second base portion and a first gripping portion 12 connected to the second base portion for gripping the support member. The support portion supports the first gripping portion. The second member includes a second gripping portion for gripping the support member and is configured to grip the neck portion with the first and second gripping portions. The second base portion is fixed to the first base portion at a position K2 different from a position K1 at which the support portion is connected to the first base portion.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
