COMPOSITE TEMPORARY BRIDGE MATERIAL
To provide a composite temporary bridge material superior in aesthetically pleasing and fire resistant.SOLUTION: A disclosed composite temporary bridge material 1 includes: a wooden material 3 that has a rectangular cross-section; and a steel plate 5 fitted in the wooden material 3, which is installed between pillars or girder beams constituting a frame. The wooden material 3 has a first groove 7 with a width equivalent to a thickness of the steel plate 5, and a depth equivalent to a width of steel plate 5. The first groove 7 extends the entire length of the wooden material 3, and is formed adjacent, in a unified manner, to either one on the left or right side of one or more reference lines BL that are set at equal distances from both sides in the direction of the center of a width of the wooden material 3. The wooden material 3 also has a second groove 9 which has the same width and depth as that of the first groove 7, and a predetermined length extending from an end toward the center in the material axial direction of the wooden material 3, and is formed adjacent to the first groove 7 and the reference line BL in line symmetry therewith. The steel plate 5 is longer than the length of the wooden material 3 and has a width dimension equivalent to the depth of the first groove 7. The steel plate 5 is fitted in the first groove 7 with at least one end protruding from an end face of the wooden material 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】美観および耐火性に優れた複合架設材を提供する。【解決手段】本発明に係る複合架設材１は、矩形断面の木製材３と木製材３に嵌装された鋼板５を備えてなり、架構を構成する柱間又は桁行梁間に架設されるものであって、木製材３は、鋼板５の板厚相当の幅で鋼板５の幅相当の深さを有し木製材３の全長に亘る溝であって、木製材３両側面からそれぞれ幅の中心方向に等距離で設定された単数又は複数の基準線ＢＬの左右どちらか一方に統一して基準線ＢＬに隣接して形成された第１の溝７と、第１の溝７と同じ幅と深さを有し木製材３の端部から材軸方向中心に向かって所定の長さの溝であって、第１の溝７と基準線ＢＬに対して線対称に隣接して形成された第２の溝９とを有し、鋼板５は木製材３の材長よりも長く、かつ、第１の溝７深さ相当の幅寸法を有し、第１の溝７に少なくとも一端側を木製材３の端面から突出させて嵌装されていることを特徴とするものである。【選択図】 図１
