To provide an earth retaining member, a method for installing an earth retaining member, and a support member of an earth retaining member which improve versatility and site workability.SOLUTION: An earth retaining member 1 supports a wall surface member 2 with a plurality of support members 3, wherein the support member 3 includes a support 31 connected to the wall surface member 2, a plurality of piles 32, a support fixing part 34 for fixing the support 31, and a plurality of pile fixing parts 35 for fixing the pile 32, the support fixing part 34 and the plurality of pile fixing parts 35 have the same cylindrical outer shapes in a planar shape, and the support fixing part 34 and the pile fixing part 35 can be connected to each other and are connected and fixed to each other by a fastening member.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
