To provide a lock release device in which unlocking can be easily performed with a relatively small force, and a foldable tent equipped with the same.SOLUTION: A lock release device 100 comprises: a lock mechanism mount part 10 provided on a slide joint 5; a lock pin 20 provided on the lock mechanism mount part 10, allowed to be positioned at a locking position to plunge into a lock hole 1a and at an unlocking position to come out of the lock hole 1a; an elastic member 30 energizing the lock pin 20 toward a column member side; and a control lever 40 rotatably provided on the lock pin 20. A fulcrum part 42 is formed on one side of the control lever 40. a control part 43 is formed on the other side, and a pivoted part 44 allowing the lock pin 20 to be pivotably attached is formed at a position closer to the fulcrum part 42 between the fulcrum part 42 and the control part 43. A distance from the fulcrum part 42 to the pivoted part 44 is shorter than that from the control part 43 to the pivoted part 44. The pivoted part 44 acts in the same direction as a force applied to the control part 43.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】比較的小さな力で容易にロック解除を行うことができるロック解除装置及びこれを備える折畳み式テントを提供することである。【解決手段】ロック解除装置１００は、スライドジョイント５に設けられたロック機構マウント部１０と、ロック機構マウント部１０に設けられロック孔１ａに突入するロック位置とロック孔１ａから抜け出るロック解除位置をとり得るロックピン２０と、ロックピン２０を柱材側へ付勢する弾性部材３０と、ロックピン２０に回動可能に設けられる操作レバー４０とを備える。操作レバー４０には、一方側に支点部４２が形成され、他方側に操作部４３が形成され、支点部４２と操作部４３の間で支点部４２に近づけた位置にロックピン２０を枢着する枢着部４４が形成され、支点部４２から枢着部４４までの距離は操作部４３から枢着部４４までの距離よりも短く、枢着部４４は操作部４３に加わる力と同じ方向に作用する。【選択図】図４
