To suppress adverse effects of entered moisture.SOLUTION: A flexible sandwich panel 30 comprises an outer skin portion 50, an inner skin portion 52, and an interleaving portion 54. The outer skin portion 50 has a pair of exposed surface portions 70, 70, a connecting portion 72, and a pair of overhanging portions 74, 74. The connecting portion 72 connects the pair of exposed surface portions 70, 70. The interleaving portion 54 has a pair of core materials 110, 110 and a pair of waterproof layers. The pair of core materials 110, 110 face each other across a space facing the connecting portion 72. The waterproof layer is disposed at a position opposed to the space facing the connection portion 72. One end of the waterproof layer adheres to the connecting portion 72. A sandwich panel 10 further comprises a sealant. The sealant adheres to both of the waterproof layers 114, 114. The sealant 60 faces the connecting portion 72.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
