A heat insulating material layer 3 is embedded in the panel body 2. The reinforcing sheet material layer 4 is arranged in a direction along the front surface and the back surface of the heat insulating material layer 3. A decorative outer wall material 5 is provided on the outer wall surface side of the panel body. 【課題】比較的軽量で高い強度と優れた耐久性及び断熱性を有する建築物用パネル材及び床パネル材を提供する。【解決手段】繊維補強コンクリートを主体としたパネル本体２と、前記パネル本体２を補強する補強用シート材層４とを備え、前記パネル本体２内には、断熱材層３が包埋されるとともに、前記補強用シート材層４は、前記断熱材層３の表面及び裏面に沿った方向に配設され、かつパネル本体の外壁面側には、化粧用外壁材５が設けられ、前記断熱材層３として、フェノールフォーム等の難燃性合成樹脂発泡体等が用いられる建築物用パネル材１及び床パネル材１ａ。【選択図】図１
